Com essa nova funcionalidade, os usuários N2 que possuem a visão de supervisor poderão extrair um relatório de chamados que foram abertos para a sua instituição na plataforma do Service Desk.<br/>

O relatório possui um formato padrão e para ser extraído, basta seguir os passos a seguir:

Com esta nova funcionalidade, além de visualizar os chamados abertos pelos usuários da sua instituição, os supervisores também poderão visualizar os chamados que foram encerrados e arquivados através do Portal do Usuário Final.<br/>
