Foi implementada a nova funcionalidade de extração do<strong> Relatório de Chamados Abertos pela Instituição</strong> na plataforma Service Desk<strong>. </strong>Esta função está disponível apenas para os usuários <strong>N2</strong> que possuem a visão de <strong>Supervisor da Instituição Financeira</strong> habilitada.<br/>
Com esta nova funcionalidade, os usuários N2 que possuem a visão de supervisor poderão extrair um relatório contendo os <strong>chamados que foram abertos pelos membros da sua instituição financeira</strong> na plataforma do Service Desk.<br/>
O acesso ao relatório é realizado através do Portal do Administrador. Para realizar a extração, basta seguir os passos a seguir.
