Foi implementada a nova funcionalidade de extração do<strong> Relatório de Último Login por Usuários</strong> no Service Desk<strong>. </strong>Esta função está disponível apenas para os usuários <strong>N2</strong> que possuem a visão de <strong>Supervisor da Instituição Financeira</strong> habilitada.<br/>
<br/>
Este novo relatório foi criado para auxiliar a Instituição Financeira no gerenciamento de seus usuários requisitantes e N2 cadastrados na plataforma.<br/>
Ao extrair o relatório, será possível consultar o e-mail, nome, tipo do perfil de acesso (usuário requisitante ou N2), data e hora do último login dos usuários ativos.<br/>

O acesso ao relatório é realizado através do Portal do Administrador. Para realizar a extração, basta seguir os passos a seguir:<br/>

A atualização estará disponível a partir do dia 07/07/2022 em ambiente de Produção.<br/>

As novas categorias são referentes a Fase 3 do Open Finance. É necessário o preenchimento de todos os campos obrigatórios para que seja feita a análise pela equipe de atendimento N2.<br/>
