As instituições que possuem indisponibilidades mapeadas deverão realizar a abertura do ticket de notificação no Service Desk, a fim de reduzir a abertura de possíveis tickets reportando o incidente.<br/>

Informamos que a partir do dia 15/07/2022 os usuários que <strong>não</strong> efetuaram o login no Service Desk nos últimos <strong>90 dias </strong>terão os seus acessos revogados.<br/>
A revogação periódica visa reduzir o número de usuários das instituições financeiras que não fazem o uso da plataforma.<br/>
<br/>
O usuário que possuir o seu cadastro revogado deverá solicitar a concessão através da abertura de um novo chamado, utilizando o perfil de Convidado.<br/>
O chamado deverá ser aberto na categoria <em>Solicitação de Acesso > Service Desk > Concessão</em> e ser preenchido com as informações solicitadas. Após a abertura do chamado, as credenciais de acesso serão enviadas por e-mail.<br/>
<br/>
<strong>Importante: </strong>Em uma equipe de atendimento N2 onde todos os usuários estão inativos por mais de 90 dias, será mantido o acesso do usuário que possuir o registro de login mais recente.<br/>
<br/>
Em casos de dúvidas referentes à revogação de usuários periódica, abra um chamado na plataforma do Service Desk.</p>

Informamos que a partir do dia 15/07/2022 os usuários que <strong>não</strong> efetuaram o login no Service Desk nos últimos <strong>90 dias </strong>terão os seus acessos revogados.<br/>
A revogação periódica visa reduzir o número de usuários das instituições financeiras que não fazem o uso da plataforma.<br/>
<br/>
O usuário que possuir o seu cadastro revogado deverá solicitar a concessão através da abertura de um novo chamado, utilizando o perfil de Convidado.<br/>
O chamado deverá ser aberto na categoria <em>Solicitação de Acesso > Service Desk > Concessão</em> e ser preenchido com as informações solicitadas. Após a abertura do chamado, as credenciais de acesso serão enviadas por e-mail.<br/>
<br/>
<strong>Importante: </strong>Em uma equipe de atendimento N2 onde todos os usuários estão inativos por mais de 90 dias, será mantido o acesso do usuário que possuir o registro de login mais recente.<br/>
<br/>
Em casos de dúvidas referentes à revogação de usuários periódica, abra um chamado na plataforma do Service Desk.</p>
