Solicitamos aos participantes que verifiquem suas jornadas e garantam a correta implementação da especificação.<br/>
<br/>
Caso exista impedimento técnico ou alguma característica específica do negócio que demande o uso de navegador, pedimos que sejam discorridas tecnicamente e enviadas ao GT Arquitetura, através da abertura de ticket no Service Desk com o título “Análise de jornada app-to-app” para o N2 do GT Arquitetura.<br/>

Informamos que a utilização de certificados BRCAC emitidos por Autoridades Certificadoras homologadas no Open Finance Brasil é obrigatória nos <em>endpoints</em> de Webhook para as instituições que optarem por utilizar este recurso.<br/>

A relação de Autoridades Certificadoras homologadas pode ser encontrada na seção 5.2.3.1 do Padrão de Certificados no Portal Open Finance.<br/>

<br/>
<strong>Exemplo:</strong> Um chamado aberto no dia <strong>20/07/2023</strong> às <strong>09:00h</strong> com o prazo de SLA de <strong>1</strong> dia útil, teria o seu prazo de SLA no dia <strong>21/07/2023</strong> às <strong>09:00h</strong>. Com a atualização, o prazo do SLA passará a ser <strong>21/07/2023</strong> até as <strong>23h59m59s</strong>.</p>
