<p style="margin: 10px 0;padding: 0;mso-line-height-rule: exactly;-ms-text-size-adjust: 100%;-webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;color: #202020;font-family: Helvetica;font-size: 16px;line-height: 150%;text-align: left;">Atualmente, os cancelamentos são realizados por meio da alteração da categoria do ticket para “Cancelado”, o que resulta na perda do histórico original da classificação e compromete análises operacionais e indicadores. A partir desta atualização, o cancelamento passará a ser indicado por meio de um status específico, sendo STATUS = Cancelado.</p>

<li style="mso-line-height-rule: exactly;-ms-text-size-adjust: 100%;-webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;"><strong>Equipes da Associação Open Finance</strong>: podem cancelar tickets exclusivamente dentro de suas próprias jornadas de atendimento;</li>
<li style="mso-line-height-rule: exactly;-ms-text-size-adjust: 100%;-webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;"><strong>Governança do Service Desk:</strong> possui acesso para cancelamento em caráter excepcional, quando necessário.</li>
</ul>
