<font _msthash="794" _mstmutation="1" _msttexthash="14379001">Atualmente, o preenchimento deste campo é obrigatório apenas para chamados classificados como incidentes, durante o processo de encerramento. A partir de 03/06/2026, </font><strong _msthash="795" _msttexthash="6079788">a obrigatoriedade será expandida para o encerramento de chamados de todas as categorias do Service Desk</strong><font _msthash="796" _mstmutation="1" _msttexthash="4186">.</font><br/>

<font _msthash="797" _mstmutation="1" _msttexthash="7638358">A iniciativa visa apoiar análises mais consistentes sobre a procedência dos chamados registrados no ecossistema.</font><br/>
